  • women with pain, degenerative and orthopedic challenges.
  • women with health challenges that may become exacerbated with exercise.

What’s Included in Sleeveless in 6?

3 Arm-Focused Exercise Programs Over 6 Weeks:  Each program is designed to build on another, sculpting and toning your arms, correctly and safely.  (Ps. your abs and legs feel great after too)

A few things you’ll need for this section of the course:  

  • 3-12lb hand weight
  • Foam Roller (for those without osteoporosis)
  • Swiss Ball (for those with osteoporosis)
  • Mat 
  • Towel and Water
